Shannon Brady

I met Shannon after a realtor on here was supposed to meet me and never showed. She was at the house we wanted to view, and she became our realtor from then on. We are so happy with our decision. She's made house selling and buying easy!

I will highly recommend Shannon Brady Realtor. She was the best! extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you very much, Shannon.

Buying a home is a life event, and Shannon makes this event memorable and amazing with her professionalism and realtor skills. She is the best choice to buy or rent a home.

She is absolutely amazing! I’m definitely asking for her help on my next house. I have recommended several coworkers to work with her, and they all have nothing but positive things to say. She definitely knows what she is doing!

Shannon was really wonderful. It turned out I didn't need an attorney, and she let me know in several minutes with no charge. I feel guilty for taking up any of her time, but she took more time to explain things that I didn't understand than she needed to. That's the sign of a good, honest person. Another attorney I talked to wanted to charge me $2,000 to go through a process I apparently didn't need.

I am a Program Assistant at Peoples Mortgage and had the pleasure of working on a loan with Shannon Brady. She got the client under contract quickly and sent me all the documents in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Shannon as a realtor.

When I decided to sell my house, I knew I had to look for the best possible agent. My personal situation was difficult, and only a true professional with a lot of experience who could help me with the process. Now that I have finished the whole ordeal, I can honestly say that I made the right choice by choosing Shannon. She proved her professionalism over and over, but also made me feel like a person and not just a number. She did everything she could to help me with the sale, and even helped me find my new address. I cannot thank her enough, but the least I can do is highly recommend her.

Shannon was my realtor, and she had been nothing but awesome to work with. As a first-time home buyer, the market can be extremely scary to those who have not bought a home before. She made every step of the way easier for my husband and me. I don’t know what to do without her! She is the best!

Shannon is an amazing professional! She guided me through every step of the way and answered all my questions, even if they were probably silly ones from a first-time buyer. I am very happy to have met her and highly recommend her services. She is very knowledgeable and works towards the best deal possible with your interest in mind!

Shannon is a real work of art and in the best way possible. I was recommended to her by my sister, who bought her home with the help of Shannon. When I got my home later down the line, I wanted no one but Shannon. She helped us step through step in what was needed to get to where I am today with my home. She was real, honest, kind, patient, and never pressured anything on us. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with Shannon once again.
